Directions
- Mix together all the ingredients for the egg mixture.
- Mix together all the ingredients for the breading.
- Dunk the chicken strips/tenders in the egg mixture, and then in the breading one at a time, then lay them out on a cookie sheet.
- Once you’ve coated all the chicken and popped them on the cookie sheet, put the cookie sheet in the fridge for 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes, you can freeze the tenders to use later, or you can air fry them right away.
- To air-fry fresh: put down a light layer of cooking oil spray, and preheat the air fryer at 360 F for 3 minutes, then add the chicken give them a light coat of cooking oil spray, and air fry for 15 minutes, flipping them 3/4 of the time in (so after 12 minutes) and giving it another very light coat of cooking oil spray.
- To air-fry frozen: I haven’t done this yet, so I’ll update it when I have.
- While the chicken is air-frying, mix up the dipping sauce.
- Serve tenders with dipping sauce!
