Basic meatballs. Goes really well with mushroom risotto, fried rice, or popped into pasta sauce for spaghetti and meatballs.

Ingredients

  • 2lbs lean ground beef

  • 1 packet Onion soup mix

  • 1/2 cup Breadcrumbs

  • Generous salt

  • 2 tsp Black pepper

  • 1 tsp Chili powder

  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 1 Egg

  • 2 tsp Parsley

  • 2 tsp parmesan cheese (optional, not to everyone’s taste)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven at 400 F.
  • Mix all the ingredients together.
  • Form balls of your preferred size (I usually form balls of about 2-3 tbsp of the mixture).
  • Bake for 18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 F.

Notes

  • You can freeze leftover cooked meatballs. They keep for about a month.
